BAT EXCLUSION
Bat exclusion involves filtering bats out of the structure through one-way valves strategically applied over ingress and egress areas. All vulnerable areas are sealed to prevent re-infestation.
Equally important to the bats’ removal are sealing materials that are used. We use the best materials available for treating problem areas, in order to maintain the aesthetic value of the structure.
Our exclusion work is backed by confidence and the longest written warranties in the industry.
ANIMAL TRAPPING
In many cases the need to physically remove an animal or family of animals is advised to reduce or eliminate damage caused to the structure or grounds.
Humane traps are maintained daily and can be placed strategically around areas of activity, along travelled routes, on roofs and within attics to achieve the greatest trapping efficiency.
Additional repair work can be provided to secure vulnerable areas to either prevent or deter future wildlife conflicts.
